What You See Is What You Get (Part Three)
"Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen." Hebrews 11:1 (KJV)
You don’t have what you need right now to accomplish what God has called you to do. Maybe you’re waiting on money, connections, or resources, but the truth is, God never gives you all the tools upfront. He gives you the vision first, then the provision shows up. That is exactly what “pro-vision” means - the provision comes because of the vision. If you’re sitting around hoping for a lottery ticket or waiting for perfect circumstances, you will never move forward. Vision attracts resources. But here’s the catch: Your vision has to be big enough. The deep-pocket resources, the ones that can really make a difference, only show up when your vision is big enough to match God’s plans.
“Deep calls unto deep.” That’s not just a pretty phrase. It means the level of your vision determines the level of resources you’ll draw. Small visions get small results.
God isn’t calling you to small thinking. He wants you to dream big, because He is a God of abundance, exceeding anything you could imagine or ask for.
Right now, you might feel stuck. Your resources don’t line up with your calling. But that’s not a reason to quit. It’s the very reason to push harder. Write down what God says over your life. When the enemy whispers doubt, pull that vision back out and say, “No, I will see the goodness of the Lord. I will see my children saved. I will see breakthrough.”
Faith is a muscle, and every time you exercise it by trusting God despite the lack of resources, you grow stronger. You learn to depend on God’s timing and His provision, not your bank account or your circumstances. So stop waiting for perfect conditions. Step out in faith. Dream big. Your vision is bigger than your current resources, but it’s exactly the size of God’s plan for you. When you hold on tight to that, provision will follow.
The question is, how badly do you want what God has promised? How hard will you fight to see it come to pass? Faith sees beyond what is and moves forward anyway.
