Right People, Right Place, Right Plan: Chapter 7 and 8

Spend the next 12-15 minutes in worship and contemplation, thinking on the things from this week’s activities.

 

Please Answer the Following Questions

  1. Give a brief summary of your Bible Readings for lesson 5
  2. List 3-5 key points that were discussed in the book readings and videos and then give your understanding for each of those key points.
  3. After you have read the readings and watched the videos, explain your understanding of “Waiting on the Lord.”
  4. Chapter 7 talks about “Facing Your Goliath.” Who or what, would you say, is your “Goliath?” What is it out there that intimidates you or seems unconquerable? What do you do with that? 
  5. When you look at the season of your life over the years, do you see a pattern of “Goliaths” in your past?  Is there anything in common about those “Goliaths?”
  6. Explain your understanding of the term: “unguarded moments” mentioned in chapter 8. Can you relate or have you had your own “unguarded moments?”
  7. Based on what you have learned in this lesson, are there any areas of your life or anything that you will begin to do or think of differently?
  8. Ask any question or make any comments to your instructor for feedback.
