Satan’s Secret Source Of Power (Part 2)

“Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me. “ Psalm 51:10

We know that Jesus disarmed Satan on the cross and took the keys to his own kingdom from him. So, how does the devil have any power? We give him power. By repeated actions and choices, we create a spiritual atmosphere around our life that either attracts the kingdom of God or the kingdom of darkness. And the devil is fueled when he finds somebody who repeatedly rebels, sins, and does wrong. The only power the devil has in this world is when men and women disobey God through their choices and actions.

Every day that you live, you empower one of two kingdoms. You are building an atmosphere where either the kingdom of light shines brighter, or the kingdom of darkness is enhanced. You can do this voluntarily or involuntarily, but every one of you is building a kingdom. When you believe in God, pray, read your Bible and worship, you reinforce the kingdom of light against the kingdom of darkness! 

When your family is in contention against one another, and there’s feuding, fussing, screaming, and arguing, Satan gets empowered. When an atmosphere of disunity is formed in churches, the devil is attracted to that atmosphere. As unity brings revival, disunity in a home, family, or church will dispel revival. 

Godly men and women can reinforce the kingdom of light. Fifty years ago, 99.9% of South Koreans were Buddhist. However, a man named Dr. Cho started a church. Eight hundred thousand people in that church started praying nonstop—every day, morning, noon, and night. Do you know what happened? Today, according to the latest statistic, over 50% of the nation of Korea are born-again Christians! What happened? They started empowering the right kingdom!
