God Can't Keep A Secret

God is waiting for you in the secret place. God is not a respecter of persons; when you pray, fast, and seek God in secret, He will always reward you in public.

Key Scriptures: Matthew 6:1-6, 16-18;  Luke 8:17-18; Job 1:8; Matthew 4:3-4, 24; Joshua 5:15; Joel 1:15, 2:12, 15-32

Key Points:

  1. God reveals secrets by giving and taking. Just like Job, you find out what’s inside of you when you go through trials. But God will always reward you publicly at the end of a trial you went through secretly.
  2. Fasting is the birthplace of assignments. Where there is little private discipline, there is little public reward.
  3. Every time you win a battle in secret, it is directly connected to a public victory that God will manifest in the future. When no one else is watching, God is watching. Your private consecration to God (reading your Bible, praying, and fasting) is what gives you the victory in public.

Final Thoughts:

God is terrible at keeping secrets. What you do in secret is always rewarded by God publicly. He is always watching, even when no one else is, and He will always reward you publicly for what you do secretly.
