Victory Has A Voice
Sermon Notes
The devil never stops. He is out to steal, kill, and destroy your life. But God has given you a voice! Victory has to be proclaimed before it’s experienced.
Key Scriptures:
I Kings 20:1-13; Proverbs 18:21; I Corinthians 15:54
Key Points:
- If you’re facing resistance, it’s because the devil knows who you are. The devil is afraid of people who pray, praise, preach, sing, lift Jesus up, and set captives free! Satan doesn’t play any games; he always keeps pushing for more. He wants every precious thing in your life. You will experience attacks and trials when you obey God. But be encouraged; it’s a sign that you are doing the right thing!
- Don’t let the devil control the narrative. If you can change the narrative, you can change the outcome! Don’t let Satan, your circumstances, or the world control the narrative of your life. Quit saying what the enemy is saying and start saying what God says about you!
- Know when to fight. Whether you’re normally a fighter or a runner, there will come a time when you must fight for your family, your business, or your life! Don’t just accept defeat. Begin to pray and praise because victory has a voice!
- Say what the Bible says. Jesus is with you, so you cannot be defeated! No matter what the devil might throw at you, be willing to go down swinging. Don’t wait for the perfect circumstances to enjoy life. Enjoy it now and speak joy, victory, purpose, and faith! You walk in favor and no weapon formed against you will prosper! Because of Jesus, you have success, prosperity, and blessing!
- Even animals celebrate victory. When a lion in the wilderness kills another animal, he roars with a shout of victory. When a rabbit gets away from a predator, he jumps up and kicks his leg in a celebratory “binky”! When an impala sees a lion getting ready to attack him, he jumps up and down to show the lion that he’s not weak. You ought to shout, jump, and let the devil know you’re not weak because God has given you victory.
- Victory has a mouth! Death will be swallowed up in victory! If Jesus can conquer death, He can conquer anything. Whatever team is winning makes the most noise. You’re on the winning team, so talk victory!
Final Thoughts:
Control the narrative of your life and give victory a voice by declaring that Jesus is with you and all things are working out for your good. And if you don’t know what to say, pray in the Holy Ghost!
