Israel Under Fire: Stand in Prayer

Israel continues to face missile alerts as families seek shelter across the nation. Schools remain closed, public gatherings are restricted, and parents comfort frightened children in safe rooms while elderly residents wait out the danger at home. In times like this, our first response as believers must be prayer, steady, focused, and intentional.

Three Ways to Pray Today

Here are three specific prayer prompts, each paired with Scripture, to guide your intercession:

Pray for Protection

“He is my stronghold, my refuge and my savior, from violent people you save me.” — 2 Samuel 22:3

Ask God to place a supernatural shield over cities under threat and protect families, children, and vulnerable populations from harm.

Pray for Peace in Homes

“The Lord gives strength to His people; the Lord blesses His people with peace.” — Psalm 29:11

Pray for calm in shelters, for children awakened by sirens, and for parents managing fear and anxiety.

Pray for Strength and Wisdom

“God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.” — Psalm 46:1

Lift up Israel’s leaders, first responders, military personnel, and U.S. troops in the region. Pray for wisdom, clarity, and divine protection.

Your Support Makes a Difference

As we pray, we are also acting. Your support enables us to provide bomb shelters, emergency kits, food deliveries, and other critical resources to families, children, and elderly residents who cannot safely leave their homes. Every gift strengthens our ability to respond quickly and effectively in this ongoing emergency.
