JFMM Emergency Teams Bring Hope to Families in Arad After Iranian Missile Strike
This week, the city of Arad in southern Israel faced a devastating strike when a 1,000-pound Iranian ballistic missile hit a residential neighborhood. More than 120 civilians, including children and elderly residents, were injured, and 1,500 families were forced to flee their homes overnight. Thousands more were left traumatized.
In the midst of chaos and destruction, the Jentezen Franklin Media Ministries emergency response team traveled to Arad to bring immediate aid. Working closely with local leaders and mayors across southern and northern Israel, the team delivered emergency boxes, food, and toys for children directly to families in need.
Even in the shadow of destruction, hope is rising. Children who ran from explosions are now able to smile again because of your support. Families are finding comfort and reassurance knowing they are not alone.
Mayor Yair Maayan of Arad expressed deep gratitude for JFMM’s presence: “Your team arrived when we needed help the most. You stand with the Jewish people not only in words, but in action.”
As Psalm 46:1 reminds us: “God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.” Your prayers and generosity are providing that refuge to families in Arad and across Israel.
Your support can continue to make a difference. By giving today, you help provide:
→ Essential food and emergency supplies for families under threat
→ Toys and comfort for children traumatized by war
→ Hope and reassurance to families who feel alone in crisis
Together, we can stand with Israel in this critical hour. Give now to bring safety, comfort, and hope to children, the elderly, and families who have lost so much.
