As a call to provide solace and reassurance to the people of Eshkol, over recent years, Jentezen Franklin Media Ministries, in partnership with the Jewish National Fund, has been actively involved in supporting the Eshkol region. Their mission was to bring comfort to the 17,000 residents who have been impacted by ongoing missile attacks and terror for the past 18 years.
Tragically, on October 7, 2023, the Eshkol region experienced a catastrophic attack by Hamas terrorists. This assault was unprecedented in its severity since the Holocaust, characterized by heinous acts of violence such as murder, burning residents, including babies, children, and elderly who were alive in their homes, sexual assault, and the taking of hostages. The children in the region were particularly affected, with many tragically killed or abducted and subjected to appalling conditions in Gaza.
Our ministry partners in Israel have shared this heartbreaking video of the Zach family home who lost their lives in the recent attack.
