"Over 400 rockets bombarded Southern Israel..."

Here is an update from our missionary partners in Israel. Thank you for your continued partnership with this ministry. Please continue to pray for our brothers and sisters in Israel.

"Over the past few days, over 400 rockets of the Iranian-backed “Islamic Jihad” terrorist group in Gaza have bombarded Southern Israel. The people of Eshkol are now being protected by the amazing playschool and bomb shelters JFMM has generously built.

On Friday, during Shabbat, as well as today - which is the important Jewish holiday of Tisha B’Av - your support allowed the people of Eshkol to pray. This was at the synagogue/bomb shelter that we visited on your trip.

In the North, Hezbollah, the Iranian-backed terrorist organization in Southern Lebanon, is planning its next war. Hassan Nasrallah, Head of Hezbollah, has spoken on Lebanese TV about his plans to attack innocent Israelis living in the North. Currently, Hezbollah has over 150,000 missiles aimed at Northern Israel with the intention to strike.

As tensions between Israel and Iran grow over Iran’s nuclear program, terrorism in the region and threats against the United States rise. Iranian Supreme Leader encourages Iranians as they chant "Death to America" and "Death to Israel." The threat is becoming more serious every day, and the fear that Iran will use Hezbollah to attack Israel, just as it does with Islamic Jihad in Gaza.

As you remember, on your fact-finding trip with Pastor Jentezen on the Galilee border, General Eitan Dangot and Col. Kobi Marom discussed the missile threat in the North. I have attached the maps we made you of the missile threat.

All of this, in addition to the events happening now in Gaza, shows the exact need for why the Emergency Medical Center is so strong.
I appreciate everything you and your congregation are doing for Israel and look forward to speaking to you soon."

While the conflict with Hamas has only just begun, we stand in solidarity with the people of Israel during these terrible days of senseless violence and unprovoked attacks. Thank you for your compassion and generosity. Together, we can continue to support this community and do something extraordinary for them.
