Because of You: 272,000 Meals, Hope for Families, and Lives Changed in Haiti

There are moments in ministry that remind us just how powerful generosity can be, and this is one of them. Because of the faithful support of partners, 272,000 meals were provided to families in Haiti this month, bringing relief, hope, and the love of Jesus to those who need it most.

At the center of this outreach is a place known as Gwo Mache Mirak, or the “Miracle Marketplace.” Here, hundreds of Haitian mothers gathered, women who are carrying the responsibility of providing for their families, often on their own.

In many cases, fathers have left the country in search of work, leaving mothers to care for their children with very limited resources. The need is overwhelming. But in this moment, they were not alone.

Through this outreach, 320 mothers received food to take back to their families, a tangible reminder that they are seen, valued, and cared for. Beyond the Marketplace, food was also distributed to 19 additional villages, reaching children and families facing severe hunger.

Yet the impact didn’t stop with physical provision.

During a three-day Easter crusade held at the Marketplace, something even greater unfolded. Despite rain each night, the gatherings were full. People came hungry, for hope, for truth, for God. They worshipped. They rejoiced. And many gave their lives to Jesus.

This is the beauty of the Gospel in action, meeting both physical and spiritual needs at the same time. When you give, you are doing more than providing meals. You are helping share the “living bread” of Jesus Christ with people who are desperate for hope.

Your generosity is reaching beyond borders, touching lives, and making an eternal difference.

If you’d like to be part of what God is doing in Haiti, you can give today and help us continue reaching families in need.
