Today is my 22nd birthday (spiritual) in the Lord. I gave my heart to Jesus on January 9, 1992 and it is still the best decision I have ever made!!! Up until about 8 years ago, fasting had only been an occasional occurrence in my Christian walk. After reading today’s devotional, I have repented for not making fasting a necessary part of my new birth. I do believe that as I make fasting a vital necessity like I do giving and praying, I am assured that I will see victories abound in every area of my life all year long!!!! All glory to God!!!!
