From Darkness to Determination: Standing with Israel Two Years After October 7

Today marks two years since the darkest day in Israel’s modern history — the October 7 massacre. The people of the Eshkol region, among the hardest hit, continue to carry the weight of unimaginable loss. Families torn apart, communities burned to the ground, and many still waiting for loved ones to return from captivity.

Yet, in the face of horror, light still shines.

In those first days after the attack, Jentezen Franklin Media Ministries stood with the people of Eshkol — bringing comfort, aid, and hope. Together, we helped build bomb shelters, resilience centers, and safe rooms. Today, 90% of the residents who were forced to flee have returned home.

The rebuilding continues — not just of walls, but of lives and faith. A “Wall of Light” now stands as a symbol of strength and partnership, protecting thousands of children and honoring generations of courage.

As Mayor Michal Uziyahu shares in this powerful update, “We are home. We are here to stay. And we are building our future with faith, strength, and friendship.”

Let’s continue to pray for the people of Israel — for peace, for healing, and for light to overcome the darkness.

I Want to Help Israel!
