Short prayers produce profound results. There’s an urgency in short prayers that long prayers don’t have, bringing breakthrough, mercy, and help from Heaven. Passionate, purposeful prayer is what gets God’s attention, not long, eloquent, polished prayers. When you start praying short prayers, God moves on your behalf.

- When you pray, God comes from where He is to where you are. God will always come to where prayer is. God will come to you, your family, and your business when you start praying with urgency and passion.
- Short prayers turn possibility into reality. God will leave His purpose and find a possibility when He hears a short prayer. You never know the possibilities contained in one short prayer.
- God won’t leave you stranded. God is your creator, and He doesn’t want to see you broken down on the side of the road while everyone else is going fast. When you pray, God will stop and fix what’s broken in your life.
- Everybody matters to Jesus. Jesus had only three years to build a worldwide movement. Yet everywhere he went, he was interrupted by people praying short prayers. God will leave His purpose and come to your possibility when He hears an urgent, passionate, short prayer. Jesus touched the people no one else would touch. He noticed the people no one else noticed. You are a possibility, you matter to God, and if you will pray, God will see you where you are and bless you in ways you cannot imagine.
- God sees a possibility when He sees you. God sees beyond your faults and sees your need. God doesn’t see you according to your problems, but according to your potential. Look beyond all of the faults people have and imagine who they could be if God got ahold of their lives.
Final Thoughts:
Over and over again, the Bible teaches that when you pray urgent, passionate, short prayers, God will leave His purpose and come to your possibility. If you will just pray a short prayer, God will hear you and answer you.
