Helping Holocaust Survivors

It comes as a surprise to many that there are still living survivors of the most horrific event in history. Children of the Holocaust are living out their final days in poverty and isolation in Israel. But we can help! Just 5 years ago there were roughly 240,000 Holocaust survivors alive in Israel. Today that number has dwindled to 190,000—there’s no time to waste. As a second wave of COVID-19 cases in Israel has prompted another lockdown by the government—hitting Israel’s poorest, most vulnerable Holocaust survivors the hardest—we’ve already responded by sending an additional $50,000 to YEL, a ministry on the ground in Israel we partner with each month, to help deliver food and resources as soon as possible. Will you help us comfort these last remaining survivors of the Holocaust? We cannot change the past, but we can change their lives today!
