BUILD IT: THE REMEDY FOR DISCOURAGEMENT

Some of you have been living with your head down for far too long. All you see is the problems of your present. You may feel like there’s no hope for a better future. In Zechariah 1, the Lord encourages Israel. The nation had been destroyed and in captivity for 70 years, so God sent Zechariah to bring them hope. He told the people, “The Lord will again comfort Zion…the horns have scattered Judah, Israel, and Jerusalem so that no one can lift his head. But the carpenters are coming to terrify them...” You have to fight for your family and against every spirit that comes to divide. Build with one hand and fight with the other. If you have Jesus, you have the spirit of a carpenter living in you!
