Delete Your Account
This page explains how to request deletion of your Jentezen Franklin account and what happens to your data. It applies to your account on both the Jentezen Franklin website and the Jentezen Franklin mobile app.
How to request account deletion
On this website: use the button below to sign in, then confirm the deletion on the next screen.
In the mobile app: open the Jentezen Franklin app, go to your Profile, tap Delete Account, then confirm when prompted.
Deleting your account removes both your Jentezen Franklin website account and your Jentezen Franklin app account.
What data is deleted
- Your account and profile information, including your name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.
- Your saved preferences and notification settings.
- Your sign-in credentials.
What data is retained
Records that we are required to keep for legal, tax, and accounting purposes, such as donation and giving history, are retained as required by law. These records are kept only for as long as the law requires and are not used to re-create your account.
Timing
Your account and personal profile information are removed promptly after you confirm deletion. Any records retained for legal or financial recordkeeping are kept only for the period required by applicable law.
