Live The Life Of Your Dreams
“Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us, to Him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever! Amen.” Ephesians 3:20-21
Something powerful happens when you spend time around dreamers- you start to dream again too. Mark Pentecost, a leader who’s inspired so many, once said,
“The dream that will make you most proud is the one you’re afraid to say out loud.”
So let me ask you: what’s that dream for you? The one that’s been sitting deep inside your heart, waiting. Maybe you’ve been too afraid to speak it, worried it’s too big, too risky, or too much. But there’s something freeing about saying it out loud, even if it’s just to yourself or someone you trust. When you do, you’re cutting off Plan B and deciding to go all in. That’s when things start to shift. That’s when miracles begin to happen.
Maybe life has been tough lately. Perhaps you’ve been in a season where it feels like all you can do is keep going. But even there, God is whispering, “It’s time to dream again.” It’s okay to live again. It’s okay to hope, plan, and smile again, even if everything around you feels messy. Don’t let the enemy convince you that this is all there is. Life can knock the wind out of you, but you don’t have to stay stuck. This world needs you to get bold again, to believe that God has more for you.
Have you settled? Have your dreams become too small for the God who created you? Let the Holy Spirit breathe fresh vision into your heart. You’re not too old. You’re not too late. Colonel Sanders was 70 when he started his chicken business. Caleb was 85 when he said, “Give me this mountain.” It’s never too late to dream.
Your dream might be to see your family come to know Jesus. It might be to own a home you can pass down to your children. Maybe it’s becoming debt-free, starting that business, getting married, or having children. Maybe it’s graduating college or simply stepping into the life you know you were made for. If you’ve lost hope or feel stuck, know that God hasn’t forgotten you. He has something new and meaningful just for you this season.
So go ahead, dream again. And this time, don’t hold back.
