God’s Plan Is Unfolding

“Known unto God are all His works from the beginning of the world.” Acts 15:18 (KJV)

It’s easy to look at your struggles and wonder if God is even paying attention. But the truth is, God knows exactly what He’s going to do - even before the first moment of your trial. Acts 15:18 reminds us that all of God’s works have been known from the very beginning of the world. That means your current situation is not a surprise to Him. He has a plan, and He’s already moving behind the scenes.

Take Joseph, for example. He was in the will of God when his own brothers threw him into a pit. He was innocent but unjustly imprisoned for years. Imagine the confusion, the pain, the uncertainty he must have felt. Yet, God was working. Even in prison, Joseph was walking in God’s purpose. He didn’t see the whole picture, but God knew what He was doing.

God’s plan for Joseph’s life included elevating him to save nations from famine. He used the very trials that seemed like setbacks to position Joseph where he could bring blessing to many, including his own family. God even had a plan to bring the family of Israel to Egypt, where they would grow into a nation. Joseph’s suffering wasn’t in vain. It was part of God’s divine strategy.

Sometimes, it’s hard to understand why we face hardships or why delays happen. But just like Joseph, you don’t have to have all the answers. Trust that God knows what He is doing. He’s moving pieces you can’t see.

God is working all things together for your good and for the fulfillment of His promises.

So when you feel stuck, remember Joseph in the pit and prison. Hold on to the fact that God’s plan never fails. He’s not caught off guard. He’s already made a way, and He’s taking you to a place of blessing, restoration, and victory.

Prayer: Lord, thank you for knowing every detail of my life and for having a perfect plan for me. Help me trust you in the waiting and the pain. Strengthen my faith to believe that you are working behind the scenes even when I don’t understand. I praise you for your unfailing love and sovereign power. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
