Interview with Camille Brown

Final Thoughts

When Jesus instructed us to forgive those who hurt us, He knew it wouldn’t be easy. Some hurts are so deep and so painful we can’t imagine being able to forgive. But Jesus modeled that kind of forgiveness on the cross when He said, “Father forgive them for they do not know what they do” (Luke 23:34). No matter what you have been through, Jesus is ready to bring healing and restoration to your life.

Connection Questions

  1. Have you ever needed forgiveness from someone else? How did that experience impact your ability to forgive others?
  2. What is the relationship between forgiving others and God forgiving you?
  3. What advice would you give someone who is having difficulty forgiving?
